All of our trainers are specialist consultants in their chosen field and are able to provide a vast amount of industry knowledge throughout the training experience. This elevates our courses a step above your standard off-the-shelf training course.

All trainers provided by Optimum Results fully comply with our ISO and HRE Quality Systems & Procedures. The criteria for the selection of trainers state that all trainers who work on Optimum Results programmes are:

  • Educated to at least third level in a business or management related discipline.
  • Have at least 5 years of relevant business management experience.
  • Hold a recognised, formal qualification in Training of Adults.
  • Have a demonstrable enthusiasm for the subject matter and have excellent communication skills.

You will leave the course with all the tools necessary to reproduce a great presentation / talk anytime, anywhere and with confidence.


In this course you will be taught about effective Presentation Skills and Public Speaking. From discovering inside of you the innate confidence that may be hidden, to empowering you to share that invisible self-belief. The intention is for this course to use active involvement rather than just active listening. Using visual and combining it with powerful vocal and physical techniques you can use repeatedly to develop your skills, you will feel the fear, do it anyway, laugh until you cry and find that Presenting and Public Speaking are not so bad!

After this course, participants will understand the advantages of assertive behaviour, take steps towards assertiveness, and learn to be effective communicators. Stress Management

This course helps participants to define the concept of stress and to recognise its personal and organisational cost. It teaches participants to identify the causes of stress and its impact on work and life in general.
