SUMMARY:Preventing Burnout in your SME 9:30am - 12:30pm €59
DESCRIPTION:Preventing Burnout in your SME: The Benefits of a Shared Wellbeing Culture\n  \nParticipants will be provided with a practical framework to assess workplace wellbeing\, understand the factors that contribute to burnout and begin planning achievable improvements within their organisation. \nThe course is delivered over one 3 hour session. \n  \nOverview\nThis is an introductory-level programme for SME owners\, managers\, team leaders and HR professionals who want to take a more proactive and structured approach to workplace wellbeing. \nEmployee wellbeing is shaped by much more than policies or what is written in an Employee Handbook. It is influenced by workplace culture\, leadership behaviours\, trust\, communication and the everyday experiences of employees. These lived experiences can sometimes differ considerably from an organisation’s stated values and procedures. \nCreating a healthier workplace requires genuine engagement and inclusion across all levels of the organisation. This course will help participants assess their current position\, understand the workplace dynamics that can contribute to burnout and consider realistic measures that could support meaningful improvement. \nParticipants will gain a clearer understanding of the journey involved in developing a shared wellbeing culture and the immediate steps their organisation can begin taking. \n  \nWho Should Attend?\nSME owners who want to take a more proactive approach to employee wellbeing and create a healthier workplace culture. \nManagers\, supervisors and team leaders who are responsible for supporting employees and managing workplace pressures. \nHR and people-management professionals who contribute to wellbeing policies\, employee engagement and organisational development. \nWorkplace wellbeing representatives\, employee champions and others involved in supporting staff. \nOrganisations that want to better understand burnout risks\, assess their current approach and begin developing a practical wellbeing plan. \n  \nLearning Outcomes\nThis short practical course will introduce learners to workplace wellbeing as a cultural and organisational issue. Participants will consider where their organisation currently stands and identify areas where further attention or improvement may be needed. \nLearners will develop an understanding of the mental health continuum and how workplace culture\, trust\, communication and everyday working practices can affect employee wellbeing. \nParticipants will review their organisation’s current situation and existing wellbeing measures. They will also explore stakeholder analysis\, including whose involvement will be required\, how employees can be meaningfully included and how different stakeholders may respond to proposed changes. \nThe course will help learners identify the key aspects and organisational levers that can support a healthier workplace. Participants will begin considering an appropriate high-level plan\, potential measures of success and the practical resources or support that may be required. \nBy the end of the session\, participants will have the beginnings of a practical wellbeing plan\, a clearer understanding of stakeholder input and potential reactions\, suitable metrics for measuring progress and a set of immediate next steps for their organisation. \n  \nDelivery Method\nOnline Live Interactive Webinar \nCourse Duration\nThe duration of this programme is 3 hours with a 10 minute break after each hour. \n
