Optimum Results Ltd is a leading specialist in Management and Staff Skills Development and effective HRD systems. Together with our sister Company, Customer Perceptions Ltd, we are based in Ireland, mid-point on the Dublin/Belfast economic corridor and work to world-class quality standards.

 

We are a registered practice of the International Institute of Management Consultants and Advisors (IMCA) and the ‘Best in Class’ All Ireland Business Forum (AIBF) Management Skills Development Company 2021.

 

Our team of 20 staff and 18 subject expert Associates have served more than 22,000 Clients across 21 Countries over the past 26 years.

 

The only company to have three Business Development programmes classified by the European Union’s Training Foundation (ETF) as “International Best Practice” we now bring remarkably cost-effective, training and HRD services to our Clients utilising our advanced On-Line/Blended Learning & LMS Services Division – SeamsCloud.com.

Here at Optimum Results, we have developed an advanced Learning Management System in-house with our team of Experts. This platform allows us to deliver our advanced training programmes online or through a blended learning approach.

This provides innovation and flexibility to our Clients, along with other benefits such as cost and time savings, whilst also avoiding a logistical challenge of delivering training over a large geographic area.

Customer Perceptions

Our sister company Customer Perceptions have worked alongside us since 1995. Customer Perceptions are a leading provider of market research solutions to Clients across all industries. We work together to provide our Clients the option to conduct research for their business in order to gauge exactly where training programmes need to be focused.

 

Customer Perceptions offer a range of research solutions from Mystery Shopping programmes, to Focus Groups, Exit Surveys and their brand new innovative feedback platform “TellUsFirst™”.
