This training programme, aimed at members of management, supervisors, and team leaders, equips participants with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to effectively manage and resolve conflicts in the workplace. It focuses on addressing disputes in a constructive, assertive manner, minimising negative outcomes and fostering positive solutions. By enhancing conflict management abilities, the programme helps improve communication, teamwork, and overall workplace harmony, contributing to a more productive and cohesive organisational environment.

The objective of this course is to strengthen learning and performance outcomes in the workplace by equipping managers, supervisors, and team leaders with the skills to resolve conflicts constructively and assertively. Participants will enhance their communication abilities, build confidence in managing disputes, and create a positive work environment. By improving conflict resolution, the course aims to promote better teamwork, collaboration, and overall productivity within the organisation.
