Train the Trainer programme equips participants with the practical skills required to design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions within their organisation. Many organisations rely on internal subject matter experts to deliver learning, however effective training delivery requires specific facilitation techniques to ensure knowledge transfer is clear, structured and impactful.

Participants learn how to structure learning content, engage participants and deliver training with confidence. The programme supports the development of internal training capability, ensuring learning is consistent, professional and aligned to organisational objectives.

Two Day Training – 9:30am – 4:30pm, with 30mins lunch.
