The first, was a 12 Day programme for Divisional Managers and Supervisors and the second was a more advanced programme for our senior managers, utilising the findings and observations from Prog 1. Our new programme combines basic level First Line Management training with continuing up skilling of our Middle and Senior Team.               This two-day programme offers a practical, hands-on approach to analysing and interpreting financial information. Participants will engage with real-world case studies and, where applicable, their own financial accounts. For those who prefer not to share their reports, sample financial documents will be provided for analysis. Each participant will also receive a workbook to document their insights and strategies for applying their newfound knowledge throughout the course.

              Managers and Line Managers who wish to improve their confidence in dealing with, and the general understanding of, Business Accounts, Budgetary and Financial Management.

              On completion of this two day programme, participants will become familiar with the terminology of finance, will understand how funds flow through a business, how to read and interpret financial reports, how to use basic ratio analysis to track performance and how to cost and price goods and services.                   Following discussions and a Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Optimum Results were requested to design and develop a “Management Training Programme” which focused on the development of fundamental management competencies for the participants. This programme ran from October 2018 until March 2019 and was followed by two additional days one-to-one Mentoring and Personality Profiling sessions with each of the participants. Small teams of participants also completed and presented very valuable ‘Work Based Assignments’. Overall, the feedback was extremely positive, and the CG Global management team advised they were impressed with the results.
