      This one day programme is very practical in nature with participants getting hands on experience of analysing and interpreting financial information.

       

      Case studies and participants actual accounts will be used during the Workshop where appropriate. Should Participants not wish to use their own financial reports, sample reports will be provided.

       

      A workbook in which participants record their learning and how they will use the knowledge will be completed after each section.

      Managers and Line Managers who wish to improve their confidence in dealing with, and the general understanding of, Business Accounts, Budgetary and Financial Management.

      On completion of this one day programme, participants will become familiar with the terminology of finance, will understand how funds flow through a business, how to read and interpret financial reports, how to use basic ratio analysis to track performance and how to cost and price goods and services.

       

      Participants will have the opportunity to work on accounts for their business as well as sample accounts which will be provided.

      This course can be delivered on-site or through a series of online workshops.

          Human Resource and Employee Engagement Programme

          The Human Resource and Employee Engagement Programme will assist participants in understanding how the communication and implementation of decisions can impact their business.

          Small and Medium business owners and managers as well as entrepreneurs. This course is adapted to suit the needs of each participant.

           

          The key outcomes of the Human Resource and Employee engagement programme will be:

           

          1.  Business Owners and Management teams with a significantly improved understanding of HR & Employee engagement and how it impacts their business performance.
          2.  Owners and Managers with an improved confidence to proactively deal with HR & Employee engagement matters.
          3.  Participants will have an improved understanding of how strategic decisions will impact on their business from a HR & Employee engagement perspective.
          4.  Businesses will have a HR & Employee engagement strategy which sets out a path to improved performance.

          – Apply skills in the areas of communications and conflict management

          Following discussions and a Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Optimum Results were requested to design and develop a “Management Training Programme” which focused on the development of fundamental management competencies for the participants. This programme ran from October 2018 until March 2019 and was followed by two additional days one-to-one Mentoring and Personality Profiling sessions with each of the participants. Small teams of participants also completed and presented very valuable ‘Work Based Assignments’. Overall, the feedback was extremely positive, and the CG Global management team advised they were impressed with the results.
