The “Financial Awareness and Planning” workshop is a four-week online programme with four half-day sessions designed for flexibility and minimal disruption to your business. Participants will engage in hands-on financial exercises, group discussions, and real-world case studies focused on effective financial planning, helping them with budgeting, forecasting, and managing cash flow in their own businesses.       This follows two parallel themes (i) Actions for the Strategic Plan and (ii) Actions for my personal development of the team. The programme is based on the Optimum Results’ Holistic Business Model, showing how SME Managers must think in terms of all aspects of the business if they are to implement an effective Growth Strategy.                   Our Ergonomics assessments are delivered by our experienced Health and Safety Trainers to your staff online whether remote or in their home office. 

                   

                  These assessments go through a series of checklists with your staff members to evaluate their current set-up and identify any issues that need to be addressed.

                   

                  A final report on all assessments is then delivered to your business at the end of the evaluation process.

                  All desk-based employees in your organisation should have their work set-up evaluated.

                  At the end of the programme, you will be provided with an in-depth report as to how effective and compliant your employees work station area is.

                  The assessments are conducted online at a scheduled time convenient to your employees work schedule.

                  Each assessment lasts only 30 minutes approximately.

                                  This one day programme is very practical in nature with participants getting hands on experience of analysing and interpreting financial information.

                                   

                                  Case studies and participants actual accounts will be used during the Workshop where appropriate. Should Participants not wish to use their own financial reports, sample reports will be provided.
