Building High Performing Teams

The participants will be provided with a practical introduction to building high performing teams, with a focus on helping managers and leaders improve collaboration, accountability, communication and shared team performance.

 

The course is delivered over one 3 hour session.

 

Overview

This is an introductory level programme for managers, team leaders, supervisors and professionals who are responsible for supporting team performance and creating more effective working relationships.

High performing teams are built through clear communication, shared goals, trust, accountability and strong collaboration. When teams understand their roles, communicate effectively and work towards common objectives, they are better positioned to perform consistently and support wider organisational success.

This course will introduce participants to practical techniques for strengthening teamwork and improving team effectiveness. It will focus on team roles, responsibilities, communication, collaboration, accountability, trust and managing team dynamics.
