Strategic Planning to Optimise Business Performance

The Strategic Business Planning Programme is a long established, highly successful competencies development programme for Managers / Directors of businesses of all sizes, across all sectors.

The programme is classified by the EU’s Training Foundation (ETF) as “International Best Practice”.

Using a proven combination of group workshops and one-to-one mentoring, the programme facilitates participants to develop a strategic plan to optimise the performance of their business over the next three years.

Owners and Manager of businesses of any size in any sector who wish to develop a Strategic Growth Plan to optimise the performance of their business over the next three years.

All Participants will be equipped with the necessary learnings, tools and support to develop a Strategic Plan for Growth for their organisation.

Each of the below modules can be completed face-to-face, online, or via a blending learning approach. 


Assessment – the programme commences with an assessment of current business performance and the business potential for growth & profitability.

Workshops – 7 full day workshops address the broad range of management competencies required to complete and implement a detailed Strategic Business Plan.

Mentoring – 8 structured and client specific mentoring sessions assist and facilitate the development of the Strategic Business Plan.


Strategic Plan – the Strategic Growth Plan becomes the centre focus of management, allows for ongoing flexibility and places a strong emphasis on implementation and measurable results. 

Certification – Participants who complete the programme will be awarded an “Advanced Certificate in Management Practice”.

The programme consists of:

  1. 7 x full day workshops
  2. 8 x mentoring sessions
  3. Support and advice to create a Strategic Growth Plan.

These elements are scheduled in, around a timeline that will suit your business. We forecast that it would take 12 weeks approximately to complete the programme, however we remain flexible to your specific requirements.
